BioCair Disinfectant Pocket Spray

I first learned about BioCair Disinfectant Pocket Spray through a friend who saw it in a store in Singapore. She uses it for her kids and for herself, while I use it for myself.

It’s a disinfectant spray but what I like about it are: it’s alcohol-free, fragrance-free, non-irritant, child-friendly, non-sticky and non-toxic.  It almost feels like water.   The ingredients says it’s composed of ultra pure water and BC-65.  BC-65 is described as a “non-alcohol, non-toxic formulation that works by destroying the cell wall of a pathogen”.  Whatever that means – it had me at non-alcohol and non-toxic. Haha…

You can use it to disinfect not just your hands but also utensils, toilet seat covers, door knobs, toys, mobile device or commonly-touched items/areas where you could pick up germs.

How do you use it? Just spray and wait for 60 seconds to kill the germs.  No need to rinse after spraying.

Locally, it’s available in Mothercare stores and you could also order it online at  The price is on the expensive side though. A bottle of 50ml bottle costs Php600 but I love it coz it doesn’t have the drying effect and strong scent of most alcohol-based sanitizers.

Rating:  5 stars.  I love it.  I always have one in my bag now. 🙂
